Jyoti is currently the Founder and Managing Partner and she has been instrumental in paving the way for Claricent’s growth and positioning in the executive search market. In her earlier assignment, as part of the core leadership team at Gilbert Tweed Associates, she was responsible for not only setting up but also managing its Mumbai operations successfully for almost two decades. She was also on the board of Gilbert Tweed Associates.

During the course of her career, Jyoti has spearheaded Executive Search assignments at the C-suite level and has helped clients hire the best-fit candidates for CEO, CFO, Independent Director, and other leadership roles. She has also worked closely with Indian business houses and multinationals across sectors. She has advised and closely partnered with companies on various key issues like succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and developing internal talent.

Jyoti is also associated with TEACH, a not-for-profit organisation that helps students with hearing and speech impairments.
