Ravi Bhatia
Mr. Bhatia is currently on Claricent Partners’ Advisory Board. He brings with him rich experience in executive search and business advisory roles. He was the Founder and Managing Director of Gilbert Tweed Associates in India.
He is a chemical engineer by qualification and has worked in several chemical companies before moving to the executive search profession.
He is an avid reader and has a passion for travel. He currently resides in New Delhi with his wife.
Meena Jagtiani
With over 3 decades of multi-sectoral, cross-functional, and geographically diverse experience with leading organizations, Meena is on Claricent Partners’ Advisory Board Member at. Meena brings to the table rich experience in business as well as HR. She has worked with consulting firms like A. F. Ferguson and Cerebrus Consulting. Her last corporate role was as the Group President Staffing for the Aditya Birla Group.
Currently, she is an Independent Director with various organizations and, in addition, she is a business and transformation coach to senior leaders across the group. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune and has successfully completed the Executive Development Program from Wharton School.
Pradip Nath
Pradip Nath comes with over three decades of rich professional experience in the enterprise market, of which the past two decades has been in leadership roles, and is on the Advisory Board of Claricent Partners.
Currently, he is working as the Managing Director and CEO of Nelco Ltd., a Tata Enterprise. Prior to this role he worked in senior management capacities in reputable IT & Telecom companies –Wipro, Tata Communications, and Sify Technologies.
Pradip Nath is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and Delhi Public School, Mathura Road.
Radha (Radhakrishan) Nair
With rich experience in the human resources function, Radha Nair (Radhakrishnan Nair) is on the Advisory Board of Claricent Partners. Throughout his career, he has worked across industries and cultures. Radha is an alumnus of Xavier’s Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur and he has been in leadership roles with various entities of the Tata group. He has also worked with Tech Mahindra, CitiBank, and the Eicher group.
